  5. Fixed a bug with PaperSpigot

    There was a bug that would cause the server to sometimes time out due to an outdated version of PaperSpigot, I changed the server jar to Bukkit and the issue is gone however I had to remove the RandomLootChest plugin as it is not compatible with Bukkit.
