Dashbot is a user-friendly ticket support system, that's easily and quickly setup, aesthetically pleasing, and great for customers and support!

If you're looking for something a bit' more custom, I do fully custom discord bots as well!

Installing Dashbot
You'll need a channel named 'Dashbot' to log issues
You'll need a role named 'Support' to be added to tickets
You may then launch the jar using

Commands
-ticket : Creates a support ticket
-close : Closes a support ticket
-blacklist add @user : Stops a user from creating tickets
-blacklist remove @user : Allows a user to create tickets
