About the job
For the past year, I've run the FunkyFactions Minecraft Server. We've never really been at a lack of development ability, but recently, the projects have started to add up for our Exloki (lead-dev). You'd be working on small-medium tasks, anything from new features to our Factions plugin, to updating outdated public projects. We've got an extensive API that you'd have access to, unlocking the ability to easily make holograms, inventory features, chat tools, and whatever else you can think of. We treat our staff well; often times, if we see you working hard, we'll offer you a bonus in the forum of money, or something of equal value such as a Steam game or a pizza from Dominos. We don't really factor age into this; we've all been young before. But if you're not mature, we don't want you.

Requirements
- At least one year experience working with Bukkit/Spigot API
- Ability to work with SQLite (.db) databases
- Ability to write good, clean, efficient code
- Ability to use external APIs; mcmmo, factions, vault, ect.
- Ability to work in a timely manner and be well organized
- Ability to use Github
- Ability to be on TeamSpeak3 every day, or almost every day
- Ability to make unbiased decisions as a member of our team

Bonus expectations (not required)
- Two+ years with Bukkit/Spigot API
- BungeeCord experience
- Red-Hat (CentOS) Linux experience
- Ability to write shell/batch scripts quickly and effectively
- Maven
- MySQL
- Web development languages, HTML/CSS, JS, PHP, ect.
- Ability to write TeamSpeak3 plugins
- Frequent usage of a twitter account/willingness to create a twitter for developmental updates

Payments
All payments would be subject to UK law (which has a possibility of changing in the next year to US, Florida law). We don't like contracts, you probably won't have to sign one. You'd have to be fine with a verbal contract. For the first week of development, you'll be paid half at the start of the week, and half at the end. If we like you, and want to continue working with you, we'll move your payments to a bi-weekly standard.

PAYMENTS WILL BE VIA PAYPAL.

You will need to tell us the amount you want to make. We'll factor that into our decision [on whether or not to hire you].
