I'm curicous about paypals chargeback process, if I issue a invoice to a client outlining the terms and conditions and the item they are receiving. If said user makes a dispute, how does paypal move forward? Do I send them a copy of the invoice outlining the terms and conditions? Do I need proof that the person I was private messaging on mcmarket/skype is the user who issued the chargeback. Do I need proof that I sent the item and that the user downloaded, how do i do that. I'm a big noob :D

    Thanks :p

Almost all transactions on MCM are done through F&F. It's almost in every TOS that payments are through F&F.

I think Nine can help you with this (saw him helping someone else in SB the other day).

Record the whole transaction, make the person agree in a public thread.

Yeah, It's kind of hard to win a case through F&F.

The buyer, just let it be if he chargebacked as unauthorized. Chances are he didn't pay on a VPN, etc..

How do you prove that the person that you pmed on mcmarket or Skype not sure how that works on Skype though, links up to the same ip that they chargebacked on. Can you ask mcm for the users IP address idk lol.

Pretty sure it's safer for the seller (so you) as the buyer doesn't have the protection from guests and services if they pay through F&F.

I thought the whole reason people paid through F&F is because you can't open a dispute against it?

Paying in goods and services is safe for the buyer, as it gives them the ability to open a dispute/claim/chargeback

Paying in Friends and family for a good is not allowed by paypals terms of service, however it is likely for the buyer to lose if a chargeback is open, unless paid on a VPN.

I've successfully done it (as the buyer),

Also rant on why you shouldn't use F&F payments ^

Personally I'm not trying to scam people I'm trying to stop people charging back on a virtual good that I provided. however since reading your thread and how you can send a invoice to the user describing the nature of the transaction I might pay with G&S, however I only have the standard paypal amount, not a business one because you have to file a shit ton of details as seen here https://gyazo.com/5b54ea8c6f431a14edd3a0721ad902d1, like I'm just a guy selling items on a forum. *Note I believe this is a merchant account, I saw a another account with about 10x more details required* Also I believe you get taxed on the amount you earn aswell.

That's what the whole point of it was until Paypal went down the drain. Asa and other known sellers all went over to btc.

Paypal have since fixed this and it doesn't allow you to open a dispute if the money is paid through f&f
