I am looking to hire a full time OP Prison developer.
I will need fully custom plugins, config files customized, ect.

This is a reverse-bid so to speak, whoever can do this for the lowest cost per month will get the job.
(Note that you will have to show me your work and show me your abilities before I hire you)

Starting Offer (Per Month): $50 - remember you bid lower than the guy in front of you, as this is a reverse - bidding style.

Where do you want to find a full-time developer for pocket change?
You're making it sound like it would be a privilege to work for your server.

I am not making it sound like that at all, if you aren't interested then don't post :)

$50-75 a month for a developer is pennies in comparison to the "going price". Try raising your budget to $250-300 and maybe you'll get a few more willing developers.

Most developers prefer to work on a per-project basis, rather than monthly. $50 wouldn't get you very far on a single project, either. Most prices these days are around 10-25 USD for a small, simple plugin and 50-100 USD for medium ones. Minigames range from 100-1000, depending on complexity.

My current Dev is doing it for $75/month
Then I recommend that you keep your current dev.

I wouldn't consider working for someone for $50/m because they could ask me to make a minigame in a month which is worth 10x that.

That is effectively $4.96 per hour assuming they work 9-5 for you every day.

He doesn't work that long, he works from like 6pm-10pm

$9.80/hour..

To take the rates of a high level MC developer like md_5, he charges $40/hour (I know from experience & he has said before on spigot I think.)

As many other users stated, developers charge more than that for a single plugin. I charge based off of how many hours + complexity of the plugin (I have a document with base rates). If your current dev works from 6-10 for $75 a month, you're very lucky and you shouldn't switch, because you won't find that anywhere else (at least from anyone with valid experience)..
